Na Gaeil are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded the €2500 Michael Cusack Award in Limerick recently. This honour recognises the club’s unwavering dedication in promoting the Irish language and culture at grassroots level. The club’s successful application included a written submission and video showcased Na Gaeil’s on-going commitment to our Irish heritage. The prestigious award was presented by Munster Council Chairman Tim Murphy to Cáit Uí Chonchúir at Munster GAA headquarters recently. A fantastic achievement for the club proving once again that Na Gaeil is not just about the game – it’s about preserving and celebrating our culture too. Go maire an Ghaeilge agus an spórt.
