Customers can avail of the Credit Unions low-interest rate Greener Home Energy Loans. The loan rates will be directly linked to the property BER starting from 4.7% (4.89APR) for an “A” rated BER. The BER must be supplied as part of the loan application with loans available for all upgrades and home energy works including Solar panels, insulation or one stop shop energy retrofits. Collaborating with Kerry & West Limerick Credit Unions expands the finance options available to customers and helps with required up-front costs. Credit Union loans also have no early repayment fees and have free loan protection insurance.
