Anne and her team at Caballs Toystore in Bridge St , Tralee ,fresh from staying up late watching the Late Late Toy Show last friday night have put together a very helpful list of the most popular toys in her store for Christmas , both for Girls and Boys …Caballs enjoy the recognition of being the longest established traditional Toy shop in the country and its here in Tralee .
Starting with the girls ,” we have Lol Doll and accessories which is in big demand .”Its the biggest toy phenomenon we have seen here in 20 years “ says Anne
Then you have the Christmas Classic “Our Generation Dolls “ and all the accessories that go with them . And we cant forget the Dolls Houses with the classic timber models proving very popular , along with Dolls Prams and of course Kitchens and all the accessories . We have lots of arts and craft activity sets to keep everybody busy during the holidays .
What about Toys for the boys??? Made here especially for Santy in Ireland are the Wooden Farm Sets and of course Caballs have everything for the young Boy mad into farming …all the accessories , all the Tractors including the ride-on ones , the animals and the machinery .Go karts are all the rage with the Berg Go Kart proving that its high quality build makes it even more in demand ..And what about the Bruder Tractors and farm vehicles and Cat Trucks and the powerful electronic Excavator !!1…Dont forget the remote Control cars,all the popular makes and different sizes and of course Boxer the Robot ……(dont forget the batteries for some of these !) Drones are pretty new to the game and Caballs have simple Drones as well as the one with the camera built in .
We cant forget the Traditional games ,with the Board games proving to be a real family favourite under the Tree . Anne also says that Lego has literally gone viral , “take a look at the models that were displayed on the Toy Show “ says Anne . There is now Lego for everyone …Technic, Creative , Classic , Star Wars Lego City, Lego Harry Potter, Castle and Train ..and for the toddlers there is the firm favourite Duplo , as well as the beautiful wooden crafted toys . Electronics are still up there with the everpresent VTECH educational toys …great for keeping the young ones amused for hours on end .
