Former Miss World, international model, and best-selling author Rosanna Davison, along with award-winning Irish fashion designer Heidi Higgins, have been announced as judges for the McElligotts Kia Best Dressed Lady competition at the Listowel Harvest Racing Festival on Friday, September 27, 2024. The winner will enjoy a trip to New York City, staying at the Fitzpatrick Hotel in Manhattan. Additional prizes include €1,000 for the Most Creative Headpiece and €500 for the Most Contemporary Outfit.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of McElligotts’ sponsorship of this esteemed event, now co-sponsored by Kia. The 166th Listowel Harvest Racing Festival will run from Sunday, September 22, to Saturday, September 28, featuring top-quality national hunt and flat racing, five fashion competitions, musical acts including ABBA tribute band Waterloo, and a vibrant festival atmosphere. Rosanna Davison is a well-known figure, with credentials including the books When Dreams Come True, Eat Yourself Fit, and the bestseller Eat Yourself Beautiful. A qualified nutritionist, she holds a Master of Science in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University London and a BA (Hons) from University College Dublin. Crowned Miss World in 2003, Rosanna has since built a career as a model, writer, media personality, and recipe consultant.
