MEADOWLANDS Hotel has teamed up with Kerry GAA to sponsor the brand new ticket van which will be located outside Austin Stack Park, Fitzgerald Stadium and other venues for Kerry and county club games.
The recently renovated family-run 4-Star hotel on the Listowel Road, Tralee has long been a supporter of the Kerry teams and is also the official hotel partner to the County Board since 2015.
The brand new ticket van has been kitted out with state-of-the-art hardware and software to make it easy for match-goers to buy tickets and to make it more efficient when entering venues on match days.
The General Manager of Meadowlands Hotel, Siobhán Ní Mhathúna, said: “We have a long association with Kerry GAA in being the Tralee hotel partner to Kerry teams and as proud Kerry supporters. The new ticket van which will be seen by thousands of people throughout the year affords us a great opportunity to showcase the Meadowlands Hotel as a great place to stay and dine in style.”
The Chairman of Kerry County Board, Patrick O’Sullivan, said: “Kerry GAA are delighted to have Meadowlands Hotel as our brand new Ticket Van sponsor. Patrons are by now, hopefully, becoming accustomed to fully ticketed games, mobile ticket outlets, “Bosca” Terminals and cashless turnstiles. All of this has produced a higher level of revenue assurance (and indeed revenue ) evidenced in our accounts over the last two years.”
The Meadowlands Hotel has created a fresh new look by using brighter colours and lighting with a splash of colour, while the contemporary and stylish design compliments the traditional and cosy atmosphere which has been maintained throughout the hotel.
