Its going to be a big weekend at Roundys bar . They are taking part in the Irish cocktail festival which is taking place all over Ireland and have entered their “summer in Amalfi” sharing cocktail in the competition. Dingle gin , Italian limonata, prosecco and house made strawberry and lime shrub. This week also sees the public voting round of the Irish craft cocktail awards. A national competition that’s has never before seen a bar from County Kerry bar entered Details of voting for both are on Roundy Facebook page.
