Local girl Aoife Roche is ready to take on the world next weekend as she has qualified for the final of Miss Bikini Ireland. This event takes place on Friday December 1st in the Red Cow Inn in Dublin and Aoife is hoping to garnish plenty of Kerry (and Mayo !) support .
Her parents Damien and Bridie Roche own the popular Sportsfield Bar in Boherbee , Tralee
Aoife is incredibly passionate about fitness and wellbeing , she trained as a yoga and embarked on a health and welling being journey . For 2 years she studied with the Natural Success Academy to educate herself on the inner workings of the mind and a more conscious mindset . She has integrated her love and fitness with the well being aspect and now is establishing herself as health and well being coach , she defines her mission as to empower people through fitness consciousness and wellbeing .
She entered the Miss Bikini Ireland competition as she saw it as the perfect platform to bring awareness to the Irish people around the important of not just a healthy fit body but a fit healthy mind . Aoife has been hosting events recently in Ireland , one recently in Tralee and plans to continue to host events if she wins Miss Bikini Ireland . She says
“ it is my mission to teach people tools and techniques on how to improve their lives , as little changes see big results.“
The Final for Miss Bikini Ireland is on the 01/12/17 in the Red Cow Inn in Dublin , the winner will go to Mexico on the 11/12/17 to represent Ireland in Swimsuit USA International .
